A spacious cottage full of light, Pandia is a former coachhouse with wide doors for horses and carriages. It was built in the 1700s and stands amid magical gardens visited by Queen Mary.
You are welcome to explore the three acres of unfenced gardens, rhododendron and beech woodland with three ponds surrounding Pandia (shared with the Rookery) and then explore the tiny hamlet and church of Warleggan.Pandia is ideally situated for touring the charming fishing villages of Cornwall's south coast like Polperro and Looe, and the magnificent beaches and cliffs of the north coast like Constantine Bay and Bedruthan Steps. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Pandia is close to Jamaica Inn, Golitha Falls, Lanhydrock House, Camel Valley Vineyards, and Pencarrow. On the moor less than a mile away you can walk up Carburrow Tor. Marvel at the Neolithic viewframe which frames Rough Tor perfectly and trace the Neolithic processional pathway between the viewframe and one of the Bronze Age barrows. Enjoy pony trekking, fishing, kayaking, and wonderful cycle paths along the Camel Trail. Visit St Neot, which boasts a fine church with Medieval glass as well as a pleasant pub with good food.
